Storing and delivering media uploaded to this site—currently photos and voice notes—costs money over time. I cover that cost during every care package’s free period so anyone can make and receive one without paying.

If you do not want to keep a care package online after its free period, there is nothing you need to buy or do.

Do I need to pay to open a care package?

No. Every care package is fully viewable for its first 7 days. Payment is only for optional long-term online preservation.

Can one person preserve care packages for a group?

Yes. Care packages are shared by private link, not locked to one account. Once sealed, no one can edit them. Anyone you trust with the link can open one, and anyone signed in with a voucher can preserve it—even if a friend made it. One person can use a 5- or 10-voucher pack for the care packages your group chooses to keep; not everyone needs to buy their own. Preserving one simply keeps it online. It does not make the payer its owner or let them edit or delete it.

Is this a subscription?

No. Voucher packs are one-time purchases with no recurring charge.

What does forever mean here?

Forever means the preserved care package remains online for the operating life of the service, with no automatic expiry. Legal, safety, rights, technical, refund, or discontinuation reasons may still require removal.

Do unused vouchers expire?

No. Unused vouchers stay in your signed-in account until you choose a care package to preserve.

What happens after checkout?

Vouchers appear in your signed-in account after payment is confirmed. A purchase from this page does not use a voucher automatically.
